DMX was recently arrested for violating his probation. Apparently he was arrested because he had crack cocaine (that white girl) in his possession. Once in court he acted out as he felt his rights were the ones being violated. Arizona officials say this is now the fifth time deputies have arrested him.
What I'm trying to figure out is why in the hell was TMZ allowed to film the hearing?

D'Angelo was released from jail and released his reps released a statement on his behalf about his innocence despite him & everyone else knowing damn well he's guilty.
"We know there is a lot of speculation in regard to the arrest of D'Angelo in New York City this past weekend," the statement, from Lindsay Guion of D'Angelo Management, reads. "We would like his fans and the public at large to know that D'Angelo has pled not guilty — and is contesting the allegations made against him. Also know that he is in good health and extremely excited about his forthcoming new album.
"D'Angelo would like to personally thank all of his fans for the outpouring of concern, and appreciates if all would allow the American justice system to resolve the matter before jumping to any conclusions," the statement concludes.
Seems as if drama is Katt Williams middle name. The comedian is apparently being sued for $1 Million by an ATL recording studio owner. The man is claiming Katt threatened him with his dog to get out of a debt.
The lawsuit is claiming damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment, damage to property and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and time spent in the studio by Katt.
Off the bat you can tell this is someone just out to get paid based off the amount he is sueing for.

Grammy Award Winning R&B (old) star D'Angelo was arrested after approaching an undercover cop, posing as a prostitute, and offering the cop $50 for oral sex.
While only trying to pay $50 for some head, D'Angelo had $12,000 stashed in his top-of-the-line Range Rover when arrested in West Village on Greenwich and Horatio Street.
